Carolina

Front Office Coordinator

Carolina is a bilingual Spanish speaker originally from South Florida who moved to Georgia over a decade ago with her husband and two sons. With a background in customer service and insurance adjusting, she found her passion in medical aesthetics after years as a stay-at-home mom. Carolina is committed to helping clients look and feel their best in a warm, welcoming environment. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her family and their adopted dog, Bentley.

Julie Krochonis

NP-C

Julie is a nationally respected aesthetic nurse practitioner with over 25 years of experience in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery. Having trained alongside many of Georgia's leading plastic and reconstructive surgeons, she combines advanced clinical expertise with an artistic eye to create elegant, natural-looking results. Julie is also a Senior Laser Practitioner certified by the Georgia Composite Medical Board, a published medical author, and co-author of a textbook on non-surgical facial rejuvenation.Known for her warm, personalized approach, Julie believes every treatment should enhance—not change—her patients' natural beauty. She is passionate about combining the latest technology with evidence-based techniques to help patients look refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves. When she's not caring for patients, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons.

Jenny

Medical Assistant

As a Medical Assistant at Y Plastic Surgery, Jenny brings her background in Psychology and a genuine passion for helping others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She earned her Psychology degree from Georgia State University and loves combining her understanding of people with compassionate, personalized patient care.Outside of work, Jenny enjoys catching live heavy metal shows and exploring the outdoors with her Bull Terrier, Girl.

Thea

Surgical Coordinator

As a Surgical Coordinator, with a professional background in functional wellness, nutrition and women's health, she brings a unique whole-person perspective to the surgical journey. She believes plastic surgery isn't about becoming someone different, but about thoughtfully enhancing what already exists. After many years away from the field, Thea is excited to return, this time bringing with her years of knowledge and experience in wellness and longevity. She is passionate about bridging these two worlds to create a personal, supportive experience where every patient feels heard, educated, and genuinely cared for. Her philosophy is: building health comes from within while refining confidence from the outside. As a former fitness athlete, outside of the practice, Thea stays active in the gym, is an avid hiker, and most importantly, spends time with her family.

Donna

Licensed Esthetician & Board-Certified Cosmetic Specialist

Donna has specialized in Permanent Cosmetics and Microblading since 1990. She is one of the first technicians in Georgia to be Board Certified by The American Academy of Micropigmentation.

Donna is also certified as a Personal Color Consultant by the Fashion Academy. In 2014, Donna became a Certified Oncology Esthetician providing her with a special skill set to work with cancer patients in treatment and recovery. She is trained in 3-D Areola re-pigmentation and offers a compassionate and artistic final step in breast cancer recovery.
